Activities to locate and engage people who may meet the eligibility criteria for our organization's enrollment, with more emphasis on Immigrants, Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, LGBTQI+, Sex Workers, People Living with HIV or High-Risk Sexual Behavior, Homeless, and monolingual communities coming from Detention Centers

Medical Insurance, Primary Medical Care, Gender-Affirming, Mental Health, Harm Reduction, and all Public Health System in NYC.

Legal Services: Referrals for Immigration case, Employment Authorization, Social Security Card, Change name, Gender Marker, and ID Process.

Education Programs: Linkage to English Second Language (ESL), General Education Development (GED), High School Equivalency (HSE), CUNY Language Immersion Program (CLIP), College, HHA, OSAHA, Construction, Etc).

Food Pantry: Linkage to organizations that provide this service.

Housing: Linkage to Emergency Transitional Housing, Shelter, Permanent Housing, and Housing Connect depending on the case.

Human Resources Administration: In order to coordinate Social Benefits such as cash assistance, Medicaid, Stamps for snack and rental assistance.

We offer a variety of activities and community support groups that seek to eliminate stigma, empower our community,

and address social and public health issues in New York City with the goal of achieving viable solutions.

Escort or accompany our community members needing Interpretation Services as a form of supportive assistance for various appointments.

The primary goal is to assist and educate our community members on navigating the NYC Public Transportation System, provide Interpretation Services, help with completing forms, offer emotional support, coaching, and advocacy during appointments.
